WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN CHOOSING BLOOMHOUSE ~

What will my flowers look like?

Bloomhouse employs professional and experienced florists to craft your wedding flowers. All our arrangements are florist choice and will be comprised of beautiful blooms that are available to us at the time of your Wedding. You'll notice we have a selection of colour palettes available for each 'Bridal Vibe'. By navigating to our 'Your Palette' page, you'll find a compilation of bloom references for each vibe. We also suggest checking out the 'Seasonal Blooms' page, which will highlight the available flowers for your Wedding date.

Is there a minimum spend?

No, we don't have a minimum spend. You can purchase everything you need or simply a few individual items that you require for your special day!

How far in advance can I book in my flowers?

You can purchase and book in your flowers for delivery up to 6 months in advance. There is a cap on the number of arrangements we can fulfill on a weekend, so it is advisable to get in early as to avoid disappointment.

How far do you deliver? And what time will I receive my order?

We service Greater Geelong, Bellarine and Surfcoast regions. Our delivery fee to your required address will be calculated at checkout. Once you book in your blooms, you'll be contacted by a memeber of our team to gauge if our standard delivery time slot works for you. You can expect to receive your bridal bloom by 11am the morning of your booked date. To ensure our service extends to your area, have a read through our Delivery List

How do I contact you?

We are available to answer you rquestions at anytime via our email hello@bloomhousebridal.com or the contact page on this site. Our staff will be in touch at the point of booking your flowers, simply to introduce ourselves and confirm your selected products. As your Wedding date draws closer, we will be in direct contact with you via phone.

Where are you located?

We have two studios - one is based in Torquay and the other operates out of Ocean Grove, VIC.

All you need to know when booking your Hen's day with bloomhouse ~

How far in advance can I book?

You can book in your Hen's event up to 6 months in advance. We are limited as to how many events we can run on a weekend, so it is advised to book early as to avoid disappointment.

Is there a minimum/maximum number of guests?

We do have a minimum number of 12 participants for our Life Drawing and Botanical Sketch options. For our floristry workshop options, we require a minimum of 8 participants and no more than 25. If you'd like to organise a tailored package for your group size simply get in touch!

How far do you travel?

We service Greater Geelong, Bellarine and Surfcoast regions. Our travel fee to your Hosting address will be calculated at checkout. To ensure our service extends to your area, have a read through our Delivery List

What are the Life Drawing themes?

We have a selection of fun themes for the Private Life Drawing sessions! Underground Artist is a raw and stripped back option. It's charcoals with an artistically nude model, no costumes or props. Grecian Lounge draws inspiration from ancient Greek culture. It's robes, goblets and grapes - a theme with a touch of drama. Who doesn't love a Cowboy/girl? Western Saloon is an afternoon of sketchy fun decked out in boots and a wide-brimmed hat. Our Boogie Nights theme will have you smiling from ear to ear! Iconic sequin shorts, disco soundtrack and glitter body paint to set the scen

What if guests cancel or decide to attend after the time of booking?

Guests numbers are to be finalised 10 working days prior to your event. If there are additional guests on the day, we can't guarantee they will be able to participate. If you'd like to increase guest numbers in the lead up to the event, we are simply an email away. Unfortunately, we don't offer reimbursement for pre-booked guests that can't attend the Hen's Day event. A member of our team will be in touch at the time of booking to run through our policies and cancellation options for events outside of your control.
